LPSC is convertng to a new software program for the 2025 registration.

Capital Improvement Information

·       As LPSC members, each bondholder is part owner of the club.  Therefore, we want to show as much transparency as possible regarding how the club spends membership dues and (previously) your Capital Improvement Fees.  Please keep in mind the list below does not include the cost of daily operations (pool chemicals, labor costs, utilities, taxes, mortgage, etc…)

·       Recent Capital Improvements Made to LPSC:

o    Fall 2020:  $65,000

§   Pool Heaters that allow us to have an extended (late April to early October) season and off season events

o    Fall 2021:  $62,000

§   Pool Covers & Heated Bathrooms that allow the club to offer swimming to winter lap swimmers and youth/masters/triathlete teams which allows LPSC to bring in revenue 12 months a year

o    Spring 2022:  $100,000

§   New Baby/Toddler Pool with zero entry, water slide, water features, new plumbing and pump for slide and water features.

o    Winter 2022:  $28,000

§   Main Pool Improvements included sandblasting and painting, new media for the filtration system and new three phase pool pump and electrical improvements in the pump house to account for new pump

o    Spring 2023:  $10,000

§   Repaired parking lot

§   New paint for snack bar and locker rooms

 

·       Upcoming Capital Improvements

o    Spring 2024:  Cost TBD

§   New screens and screen doors for snack bar, new roof for buildings, new outdoor water fountain/bottle filler station, new sink fixtures in the ladies' locker room.
