Practice Schedule

 

 

                                

Every swimmer improves with practice, so it is important to attend as many practices as possible.  The purpose is twofold:  1) to improve the strokes and, 2) allow the coaches to plan lineups with consideration for the swimmers' abilities.  Swimmers should be on time for practice, preferably 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, and already suited.  This will allow time for stretching and warm-ups.

Pre-Season Practice Schedule:

The Haverford School stands on the south side of Lancaster Avenue (Route 30), between Bryn Mawr and Ardmore. Familiar nearby landmarks include Haverford College just to the east and Barnes & Noble and Staples just to the west.  The Haverford School's Lancaster Avenue entrance is on the left past Railroad Avenue; the main entrance is on Railroad Avenue/College Avenue.

LPSC Pool Practices  (After School Schedule)                                         

Beginning Tuesday, June 1st through Wednesday, June 23rd :

Note:  The Blue, Gold, Junior and Senior Group morning  practices begin on June 24th.

8:30AM to 9:15AM (Mon - Fri)   -     Blue Group    

8:30AM to 9:30AM (Mon - Fri)    -    Gold Group

9:15AM to 10:30AM (Mon - Fri)  Dry Land 10:30 to 11:00AM (Tues & Thur) - Junior Group

9:30AM to 11:00AM (Mon - Fri) Dry Land 8:40 to 9:20AM (Tues & Thur) - Senior Group       

8:30AM to 9:00AM (Mon, Wed, Fri)   -    PRE-TEAM #1  -   Note: Pre-Team Practice to begin week of June 28th.

9:00AM to 9:30AM (Mon, Wed, Fri) -     PRE-TEAM  #2
